The founder
Hi, I'm Karan.
I'm Karan Khanna, a software architect and AI/automation consultant. Originally from New Zealand, I relocated to Dubai to build Abstractech, my software automation and AI agency, where I help businesses replace slow, manual processes with intelligent, automated systems and take products from prototype to production.
I work across the full stack and both major clouds. My engineering spans React, Angular, Node.js, NestJS, .NET and PHP, backed by PostgreSQL and Prisma, and I deploy on AWS (ECS, Terraform) and Azure, with Cloudflare, Playwright for end-to-end testing, and Stripe and Auth0 rounding out production builds. On the AI and automation side I work with agentic AI, LangChain, Azure AI, the Claude and OpenAI APIs, and n8n to design systems that ship and actually deliver.
