Who we are

This website is run by Abstractech L.L.C-FZ, Grandstand, Meydan, Dubai, UAE (trade licence 2532434). Questions about your data go to karan@abstractech.ae.

What you send us

When you fill in a form we receive what you type: your name, email, WhatsApp number and the details of your project. We also record how you found us (the campaign or ad you clicked, the page you landed on and the referring site) so we know which marketing works. We use this to reply to you and to quote for the work. Forms are processed by Netlify, spam-checked by Google reCAPTCHA, and emailed to us through Mailtrap.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to load these tools, which may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful.
• Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, through heatmaps and session recordings. Form fields are masked.
• Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show our ads to people who have visited this site.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask first: analytics and advertising cookies stay off unless you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your cookie choice at any time. We never sell your information.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Google, Meta and LinkedIn settings. To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are talking to you and for up to two years after, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as UAE law requires. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
